Gary N Matjasic

Gary N. Matjasic, 72, of West Salem died Wednesday August 21, 2019 at Samaritan Hospital in Ashland.

Gary was born December 3, 1946 in Cleveland the son of Mathew & Billie (Cawrse) Matjasic.

He served in the US Navy from 1966-1968.

Gary retired from Greyhound Bus Line in Cleveland in 1991.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church in West Salem, Odd Fellows in Medina and Mid-Ohio Corvette Club.

Gary is survived by his wife, Judith (Suhm) Matjasic whom he married in 1968, children, Ruth (Aron) Segura in Wooster, Gary Paul (Donna) Matjasic of Greenwich, grandchildren, Jared, Lauren, Kayla and brothers, Mark and Ralph Matjasic.

His parents died previously.

A Celebration of Life Service will be September 15, 2019 from noon until 4:00 pm at the Cinnamon Lake Lodge.
