Linda L. Ruegsegger

Linda L. Ruegsegger, 85 of West Salem died on the morning of April 12, 2024 at West View Manor in Wooster Ohio. She was born on May 22, 1938 to parents Edwin and Gertrude (Gerhart) Brinkerhoff in Massillon, Ohio. She married her husband Tom Ruegsegger on December 27, 1958. He died previously in 2020. One of Linda’s greatest passions in life was her horses. She loved everything to do with the horses, from taking care of their daily needs to showing and competing with them. She shared her love of them with anyone she would meet. She was also a member of the Emanuel Old Stone Church and the Pinto Horse Association. 
Linda leaves behind her two loving children: Tammy Harper, Tim (Joanna) Ruegsegger; grandchildren: JT (Alyssa) Harper, Randy Harper, Michelle (Nic) Rothgery and Nick Ruegsegger; three great grandchildren; sisters: Pat Maurer and Kathy (John) Lanigan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Ruegsegger, son, Todd Ruegsegger and parents
Visitation for Linda will be Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 5:00 - 6:00 PM with the funeral to follow at 6:00 PM at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem, Ohio with Pastor Bill Moorman officiating the service.
