Rodney David King

Rodney David King, 69 of West Salem died Tuesday May 2, 2017 at his home.

He was born March 27, 1948  in Clay, West Virginia the son of Henry and Adeline(Paxton)King.

 He served in US Army during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his children, David(Carrie)King of Nashville, Tenn., Carley King of Portland, Oregon and Ariel King of The Netherlands, sisters, Charlotte Deer of Locust Grove, Virginia, Joyce(Wayne)Anderson of Duck, West Virginia and a brother Henry(Victoria)King of Rittman, Ohio.

He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and his “Little People” in North Carolina.

He was preceded in death by is parents, Henry and Adeline (Paxton) King,  brothers, James Harris King, Van Cordell King, Sam Paxton King,  and Clay Elmore king and sisters, Mitchella Price, Vernetta King and Wavie King.
