I am very sorry to see where Bob has passed on. I was in his class from K-12th at NHS. I always knew him as Gene until he came back from the Joint(WCSCC) and people were calling him Bob. We were friends 1st -10th and especially 6th- 8th grade along with Paul Kain and Cheryl Gearhart. We all liked to bug the teachers. Mr Reichert(6th grade teacher) when we would hide his test or the book he was using while he was talking in the hall to Mr Harrison(other 6th grade teacher).
I don't know if this is appropriate to write here but when I think of Gene, I want to think of all the good things and some not so good (kidding) things we did. Wish I would have known him after school but we each went our separate ways. I got married and had a daughter and have 2 grandsons.
I'm praying for the whole family in this time of grief and know that God will keep you all in His big warm arms and comfort you.
