Castle William Roberts Sr.

Castle William Roberts Sr., 71, of Lewisville, Ohio
(formerly West Salem, Ohio) passed away Monday, July 4,
2016 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital, Marietta, Ohio.

He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on July 30, 1944 a son
of the late Albert and Hazel Castle Roberts.

He was currently serving as pastor of the Pentecostal
Memorial Chapel, Woodsfield, Ohio; has been a resident of
Monroe County since 1987; and was also a self-employed
businessman. Castle enjoyed singing and playing musical
instruments, writing his own music, fishing, and spending
time with his family. His greatest passion was preaching the
gospel of Jesus Christ.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by
his first wife, Mary Ann Roberts on January 26,2014; a son,
Duane "Dewey" ''Anderson; and a brother, Albert Roberts.

Surviving are his wife, Cheryl (Weaver) Roberts whom
he married on December 6,2014; two daughters, Tammy
(William) Crawford of Wadsworth, Ohio, Becky (Samuel)
Ray of Creston, Ohio; ten sons, Castle William (Michelle)
Roberts of Cleveland, Ohio, John (Diane) Roberts of
Marietta, Ohio, James (Rebecca) Roberts of Wadsworth,
Ohio, Timothy (Yvette) Roberts of Jeromesville, Ohio,
Matthew (Julia) Roberts of Rittman, Ohio, Daniel (CathyJo)
Roberts of Wadsworth, Ohio, Brian (Tameria) Buxton of
Columbus, Ohio, Dennis (Darla) Dean of Columbus, Ohio,
William (Darlene) Villers Jr. of Fitzgerald, Georgia, Scott
(Charlotte) Villers of Grantsville, West Virginia; one sister,
Mollie (Ed) Whitby of West Salem, Ohio; two brothers,
Grevaise (Nancy) Roberts of Brookpark, Ohio, James
(Brenda) Roberts of Blythe, Georgia; forty-two
grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; several
nieces, and nephews.

     Friends will be received at the Life Tabernacle
Church, 9878 Krabill Road, Rittman, Ohio from 5: 00 - 8: 00
p.m. Sunday, July 10,2016 where funeral services will be
held 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 11,2016 with Rev. David
